Warranty Claims
1. For all equipment claims, photos of product serial number labeling and photos of defective products must be provided.
The claimed products is usually shipped with new order ir if there is no special urgency.
All of consumable products are not covered by the warranty
2. For all tools photos of product serial number labeling (if any) and photos of defective products must be provided.
3. All tools: Non-quality problem is not acceptable for refund: These products normally with cutting, hitting, bending, electrical, precision and pneumatic function.
Because there are too many variables, if not quality problem, Fly-Eagle does not provide returned service.
